• Payment data — processed by our payment providers (Creem or Lemon Squeezy). We do not store full credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate AI-powered CRO reports for your submitted URLs.
• To maintain and improve the WebReview AI service.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To communicate about service updates, billing, and support requests.
• To prevent abuse and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. AI Processing

Submitted page content is sent to third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, or DeepSeek — depending on configuration) solely for the purpose of generating your review report. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and is not used by these providers to train their models.

4. Payment Providers

Payments are handled by Creem or Lemon Squeezy. These providers collect and process payment information according to their own privacy policies.

5. Analytics and Cookies

We use minimal analytics to understand usage patterns and improve the service. Session cookies are used for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

6. Data Retention

Review reports, submitted URLs, and page snapshots are retained for the life of your account. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Deleted data is removed within 30 days.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or submitted content with third parties except as necessary to provide the service (e.g., AI processing, payment processing) or as required by law.
