WebReview AI (“the Service”) provides automated, AI-powered conversion rate optimization (CRO) reports for publicly accessible landing pages. The Service scans submitted URLs, extracts structural and visual data, and generates a scored report with analysis and suggestions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You may not share your account or use the Service on behalf of others without authorization.

4. Submitted URLs

By submitting a URL to the Service, you represent that you have the right to scan that page and that doing so does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights. You retain all rights to your content. We do not claim ownership over submitted URLs or the pages they reference.

5. AI-Generated Output Disclaimer

Reports, scores, analysis, and rewrite suggestions are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational and decision-support purposes only. They do not constitute professional CRO, legal, or marketing advice. You are responsible for validating AI output before acting on it. The Service makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to scan pages you do not have permission to access.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or quotas.
• Use the Service for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable laws.
• Submit malicious or harmful URLs.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service or its output without explicit permission.

7. Billing and Payments

Paid plans and credit packs are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Prices may change with notice. You are responsible for keeping payment information current. All charges are in USD unless otherwise stated.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: one-time report purchases are refundable within 7 days if no report was generated; generated reports are generally non-refundable. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime with service continuing until the end of the billing period.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by WebReview AI. The reports generated by the Service are licensed to you for your internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or white-label reports without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebReview AI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including lost revenue, data loss, or decisions made based on AI-generated reports. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Data retention after termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
