Refund Policy

Our policy on refunds for reports, credit packs, and subscriptions

1. One-Time Report Purchases

You may request a refund for a one-time report or credit pack purchase within 7 days of payment if:

  • No report has been generated for the purchase.
  • A technical issue on our side prevented report delivery (e.g., system error, scan failure that could not be retried).

Once a report has been successfully generated and delivered, the purchase is generally non-refundable.

2. Generated Reports

Generated reports are non-refundable except where required by applicable law, or in cases we approve on a case-by-case basis (e.g., critical bug that produced an unusable report). Dissatisfaction with the AI-generated score or suggestions does not qualify — we encourage you to re-run the review on an updated version of your page.

3. Subscriptions

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal.
  • Cancellation stops future billing but your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not provide partial refunds for unused subscription time, unless required by law.

4. Refund Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that we reasonably determine are abusive, fraudulent, or in bad faith — for example, repeated purchases followed by refund requests across multiple accounts.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@webreviewai.com with your account email and the purchase or invoice ID. We review requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

6. Statutory Rights

This Refund Policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
